To the Parliamentary Standing Committee on HealthAttention Madam Chairperson and Committee Members:1. Health Canada field staff and some management have acted and continue to act in a biased, unlawful, and illegal manner towards consumers and small family owned businesses. Some of the documented case studies are: [1] Strauss Herb Company [strauss Heart Drops heart disease] Kamloops, BC, [2] Biomedica [Recovery - arthritis] Duncan BC, [3] Truehope Nutrition, Raymond, Alberta [Empowerplus bi-polar], [4] BIE Health Product, Burlington Ontario HGH [aging], [5] 714X Quebec [cancer], and others.2. Nutrient-rich, food-based medicines are the solution to the runaway health care costs and saving thousands of Canadian’s lives annually, and improving the quality of lives for millions more! Most modern

chronic diseases can be prevented and treated with nutrient-rich, food-based medicines.3. Jurisdictional issues re the original Adulteration and Fraud Acts in the 19th century were about protecting Canadians from serious adulterants and diminished nutrient content in the mainstream food stream of the times. Federal jurisdiction in food, health, civil and property rights is strictly limited to serious national harm being caused by devices, procedures, foods, beverages and drugs. In 1920 and 1927 a “USE-BASED” definition of drug was artificially created not only in Canada, but in other countries where health care systems were increasingly falling under the control of the new alliances between the synthetic chemical industries, pharmacist and medical doctor trade unions, and the evolving international mega corporations [hereinafter called “The Big Pharma business scheme”]. This used-based drug definition was from creation

in 1920 and 1927 and used to attempt to classify nutrient-rich foods such as lemons and limes as drugs until the 1970’s when after 50 years of The Big Pharma business scheme, it became apparent that the scheme was failing to deliver any of its core promises. Bill C-420 will solve this vagueness issue in the lines between healthy natural foods and dangerous synthetic drugs! The same is true for the 1934 censorship sections 3.1 and 3.2. They are unlawful and Bill C-420 cleans this issue up as well.4. Members of Parliament should [1] create a level playing field by setting up a federal web-based mandatory system for all causes of death in Canada, [2] support passing Bill C-420 as written [3] Meet with Trueman Tuck our national coordinator and our delegations and hear our side of the story regularly on how to solve the current health care crisis, [4] Work with our health freedom groups to ensure the Liberal Minister of Health
