Just wanted to mention a location where you can read about Environmental

Illnesses

(Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) and Electrical Sensitivity, which are more

linked than I

ever thought....but it's very much caused by lack of enzymes and our

exercises, too

much processes foods, and bad fats.

Understanding & Accommodating People with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity

Pamela Reed Gibson, Ph.D., James Madison University

The original of this booklet can be viewed at:

Available for download at:

Just pasting one paragragh from the 31 page document:

Women are more susceptible to auto-antibody and autoimmune illness and

chemicals induce auto-antibodies. Women have less of an enzyme that

detoxifies both alcohol and chemicals called alcohol dehydrogenase (Freeza

et al, l990). Women are also smaller on average than men, have a higher

respiration rate, and may be more vulnerable to hormone-disrupting chemicals

(many toxics are estrogen disrupters.)

Baking soda and the natural mineral zeolite will absorb odors, without

adding fragrance to the air. You can also add a few drops of any essential

oil to a pump spray bottle of water to add your favorite scent to the air.
