Every time my dogs have had injuries similar to that, I have used magnets right on the area, a pulser, and an LED/infrared emitter. They have always worked for me. I also have a magnetic/FIR pet pad, so that the natural energies are absorbed with the animal is laying on the pad. You could also try anti-inflammatories and steroids, but some anti-inflammatories are contraindicated in dogs, so you need to check with your vet. It is possible that she is immobilized from inflammation and edema around either the SC or the back joints. If that is the case, it is possible that when it goes down, she will be better.
