Dear John,

Kept real simple -

Homeopathy is one of the Naturopathic sciences that means "Like handles Like". You take a very small quantity of some substance or the essense of that substance which creates a reaction in your body. The reaction created handles the symptom you are trying to address. Homeopathic remedies naturally stimulate your body into handling the negative condition.

Naturopathy means addressing or handling the "Cause" of a Disease using natural, non-invasive techniques and therapies.

Modern day allopaths have tried to take over Naturopathy by trying to get Naturopaths to be more like them, even to the point of getting Naturopaths to do minor surgeries. This of course is reeeeedikulus ;o)

As usual, the Medicos who are very jealous of their monopoly try to take over that which they can not suppress.

Hope this straightens it out for you.

Love,

Doc

[herbal remedies] Whats the difference?

Okay, perhaps my ignorance is showing, but what is the difference between "homeopathic" and "naturopathic", as far as actual practice goes?John
