Guest guest
Sunshine Pudding 1 cup soaked cashews 3/4 cup orange juice 1 cup dates without pitt Blend all ingredients or put into a food processor.. Add some additional orange juice if necessary. Consistency should be creamy. Chocolate pudding 2 cups soaked cashews 1 cup pitted date 1 cup raisins 5 tablespoons carob powder 1 cup water or nut milk Blend all ingredients together. You may also use a food processor to make this recipe. Sunset Pudding 2 bananas 1 mango, skinned and stoned 10 strawberries 2 dates, no pitts (optional as this is a very sweet pudding) Chop the dates.. Put everything into a food processor and blend until it looks like a pudding. Corn Chips 6 cups fresh or frozen corn 1 cup hemp seeds 10 cups soaked sunflower seeds (6 cups before soaking) 2 3/4 cups water 1 1/2 cups flax seeds ground into a meal 1 1/2 tbs. celtic sea salt juice of lime Puree corn in a food processor until creamy. Place in mixing bowl. Puree sunflower seeds with water until creamy and add to the mixing bowl.. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Spread 2 1/2 cups of the batter on a 16" dehydrator tray covered with a teflex sheet Cut into desired shapes. Dehydrate for 24-3 hours at 105 degrees until crispy. Remove the teflex sheets after about 10 hours. Hope this helps. SuziLisa <malica98 wrote: Hi,Anyone have any different kind of healthy snack recipes for a party, thatchildren might like too.
