Guest guest
Not at all- it makes sense. I really would get an adjustment if I were you. Ear candles and Cranial Sacral are also very good for TMJ. If these are unfamiliar I can see that they may sound questionable, but really they are very effective- and relaxing. They will also eliminate or improve the other symptoms you mentioned like allergies. See if there is a yoga class in your area- if it also focuses on meditation even better! I don't know what you have on hand...so I will try to keep it simple. Make a wonderful bath to take before bedtime. To 1/-2 - 1 cup epsom salts add any of the following (if you blend try blending 3): Mix in 5-10 drops total for you blend per bath. Use organic or pure wild grown essential oils ;-) Choose from these: Lavender, angustifolia Chamomile, roman Clary Sage Marjoram Mandarin Palmarosa Sweet Orange Ylang-ylang Geranium, rose Bergamot Add by the drop and mix so you know what you have. You can also make an easy after bath oil with a base of 4 oz of sweet almond oil- add a total of 40 drops of your blend. Virgin coconut oil/butter is another nice base for bath and body oil. Other wonderful oils (more expensive) for their positive effect on emotions are Rose, damascena and Neroli. Use steam distilled pure oils only. For me a world without these oils would be a little *flat*. You can also make wonderful, therapeutic room spray/linens spray with these oils- use a base of distilled water and shake before each use. Add 30-40 drops essential oils to 4 oz distilled water. Use glass only. Enjoy! Love, Elizabeth " Deep in their roots all flowers keep the light. Guest guest
No, not dumb... Yes, a chiropractor can adjust your jaw- they do that for TMJ. If you's is not expert in this area perhaps find someone who is...and better yet someone who also does cranial sacral work.
