incompetent cervix

The only thing that comes to mind in general is False Unicorn root which may help when the cervix is too loose to hold the pregnancy as a powerful tonic. Use 3 drops of the tincture four to five times daily, beginning a month before conception and continuing for the entire first trimester. There are other things you can do if this is related to being pregnant and miscarriage....
