Hi April,

Welcome~

First of all as with any question that is about one specific " symptom " I

would want more information- the " bigger picture " - as looking at

isolated symptoms gets us no where and is truly how the world has become

as unhealthy and un natural as it is.

Who? What? Why? Who is this for? Age? Health/Wellbeing? Diet? Stress?

What I believe is that when the body is returned to balance (and the

mind and spirit) that it naturally seeks balance- that hunger is

natural. So, I would most likely begin with a cleanse- get to the source

and clean it out. You can't put more into a full cup. There are many

good choices.

Then as you transition back into " normal " eating I would suggest a whole

foods all natural- unprocessed diet- high in raw foods, and lot's of

pure natural water. I would also suggest regular exercise- this is

incredibly important imo. Just diet is not enough. When the body is

given REAL foods- and is clean it functions best.

Essential oils can stimulate appetite. They also work synergistically so

the blend of oils and specific balance of a formula is important in

addressing the individual.

Here are some oils I may look to for a blend depending on what else I

knew about this person:

Cardamom

Angelica ( the essential oil angelica archangelica- distilled from the

same herb used in chinese medicine for female balancing Dong Quai)

Coriander

Palmarosa

Bergamot

Depending on the individual these are some of the oils I might include

in a blend. Send me some more info and I will give you a recipe or two

if you like.

Please ONLY use organic or wildgrown pure essential oils.
