I tried to ask this more coherently this AM, but had problems

with my email :(

I am finishing week 2 of the total body clenase. I know I'mnot

to take any pharmaceuticals during thecleasne. Ivery rarely

take them anyway, so I hadn't anticipated an issue with that.

Wednesday I had my root canal tooth removed and they discovered

rotten bone underneath so drilled that out too. Needless tosay,

my face is throbbing. Other than the novacaine during

theprocedure, I've taken nothing. I'm barely squeezing by with

thecleanse and this :( The pain seems to be worsening, which I'm

told is normal, and thsI'm really wondering how badly I'd mess

up my cleanse if Ibuckled and took a couple pills?

I'm sostressed andexhausted anyway as I also moved last week and

I'm planning awedding. The pain has pushed me over and and

fromthe stress and exhaustion I'm crying a lot. it's hardto

sleep. Help, please!

Please forgive typos I'm not very coherent :(

Hanging in one minute at a time,

Tyrie

I for sure would NOT take any meds including Ibuprofen during a

cleanse. If you " need " to then I would be prepared to start again.

You can kill the pain with essential oils while getting at the source of

it - naturally..

You can make a rinse ( I made one for a lady this morning) with (get

organic oils).

Make a cup of sage (herbal) tea (use distilled water) and add a few

drops each of Clove essential oil and Peppermint Essential oil- add

stevia to taste. If you have Thyme essential oil add a drop. Rinse well.

You can also swish with Echinacea. Take lots of Echinacea and TT. You

can also add echinacea to the rinse. Cold packs may help too....

Good luck!!

Love,

Elizabeth
