Put a 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne into an infused slippery elm bark tea and drink three 8 oz. glasses a day( use only distilled water). Should only be eating easily digestible foods too. No meats, pastas, breads etc. Lots of juicy vegetables and greens. Lots of fresh vegetable juices. Stay away from citrus for now.
