Guest guest
Angel.. i'm with you on most of your post. a long time ago a lady judge noticed that when there was one 'disfinctional' person in a family, chances were there were others and she started reseaching the families. she found this one family had problems with sugar. they were hyperactive, quick to anger, abusive to each other and to outside persons as well. she got them to get off sugars and they settled down to have a reasonably level and happy existance. my son was found to be hypoglysemic (sp?). he never had the problem iin his youth and was an even tempered child and young man, but when he waas in his 40's, a grown man with a half grown family, got so angry at the least thing that he would get totally rude and disheveled and explosive. he never became physically abusive, but would just about get appoplectic. my eldest daughter, a nurse, told his wife to get him to the doc and get his sugar tested and found the problem. he can be pretty level now as long as he watches what he eats and his sugar count. if his sugar gets too low he could just go to sleep and never wake up. or it could get too high. has to be balanced. love... granny lee. in reply to: herbal remedies , " Anjeweleyes " <anjewelhaze@k...> wrote: > Lorazepam I assume you are taking for anxiety. Let me tell you, all three people are different with theirs. My mom will take anything the doctors prescribe for two or three days, and if she has any kinds of unusual feelings or effects, she stops taking it. My daughter is the same way. My husband took Zoloft once for about two months and couldn't get any relief, so he quit. He tries to control his, where as my mom and daughter go running back to the doctor, and they are running out of stuff to give them. My mom and daughter thinks nothing will work unless it comes from a bottle at the local drug store....even though nothing had worked thus far. .......control it with foods and keeping certain things from her even better than with the meds. .... > So, you might want to check out what you're eating and the things that hormones, anti-biotics, and pesticides or herbicides can do for the human body. ......snipped a bunch... Guest guest
Sorry Angel, sounds like I didn't finish saying what I wanted to say :-) I only just discovered that point when I started to tone down my communications (when I discovered the guy had gotten a headache). Until then, I tried to adjust my communications, I didn't feel secure in speaking my mind anymore, got more and more stressed, and nothing I did seemed to relieve it. I started learning how to communicate calmer, but I felt I could not really say what was on my mind. I was causing me lots of stress all the time. Discovering this incident with this guy from work as the turning-point gave me tremendous relief. I am a firm believer in that stress is caused by a person suppressing something in you or invalidating you. Locating that person can bring incredible relief. However, until you are familiar with this process, I would suggest not starting to rake your mind to find this person; rather try talking it over with someone else, so that you don't get stuck in your mind somewhere LOL love, Lisa - Lisa Belcher herbal remedies Thursday, September 04, 2003 8:01 AM Re: [herbal remedies] Re: Lorazepam and Propranolol Hi Angel, Sounds like you're doing very well! I also have had problems like yours - too direct in speaking my mind and getting into trouble with people over it. Then one day I had gotten angry with someone at work for not doing what he was supposed to do for the umpteenth time, and I told him off for it. I found out later that he had an headache for 3 months after my telling-off. I felt so bad about this, that I decided to tone down my communications to others. For years then I stopped saying what was on my mind, which made me introvert and build up pressure/stress inside. love, Lisa - Anjeweleyes herbal remedies Wednesday, September 03, 2003 10:26 PM Re: [herbal remedies] Re: Lorazepam and Propranolol Lorazepam I assume you are taking for anxiety.
