Cleanse: Normal Bowel Movement & DMSO

Hi Suzi,

At 3 capsules of IF#1, I go " wow!! " in the AM, but nothing else

all day, so I had upped it to 4, which I already described.

Today I took 5 last night with starting IF#2 yesterday, and this

seems to be working pretty well -- we'll see how the rest of the

daygoes. I have no sense today that I'd want to back down. (I

had been concerned I waasn't taking /enough/, because I wasn't

experiencing " one movement per meal " per the instructions.)

Re: DMSO, doc especially recommended it for some of my issues,

and is central to why I am doing the cleanse. It's far easier

to manage than the BFC, actually!! The people I'm staying with

right now say I smell like good stew (?!!). I like the

kryptonite description When I first took it, it felt like my

mouth was on fire, as if I'd taken something with a very high

temperature. So bizarre.

Yes taking DMSO is a bizarre experience.. everyone should try it once...lol... if you are going 3 x a day.... maybe your chemistry is different.... you know, no two people are identical... keep up the good work.
