Does Freezing Kill Enzymes???

What would happen if for instance one froze rejuvelac, and then thawed it out again? Would the enzymes still be intact? I remember reading they cannot heat above 110deg or the enzymes will be destroyed, but how Cold can they get, before they are destroyed? Could one make a rejuvelac popsicle? Would the enzymes be intact ?

I know in fruits that the enzymes are slowed down but not destroyed...if that helps.
