Prostate Removed/Hemorrhoids - UPDATE

I just wanted to give an update on my friend's condition. I had not

spoken to him since posting my request for suggestions to reduce his

pain from the hemorrhoids. I finally spoke to him this morning and

he mentioned how good he was feeling. Since he nor his wife were

really into herbal remedies to the extent that this group is, they

elected to use the WITCH HAZEL. It made a world of difference for

him. I could not believe how great he sounded over the telephone.

 

I thought you all would appreciate the feedback in case you found

yourself or someone you know in a similar situation. Your ongoing

support is greatly appreciated.

 

I would also like to send a special thank you out to a lurker on this

group, a woman who emailed me privately with her suggestion. Since I

accidentally deleted the email, I'm recalling from memory. I believe

you were the first to suggest the witch hazel, then someone else

suggested using it as a " hemorrhoid wipe " .

that is great! i can sympathize with a hemorrhoid sufferer. i am going

to tell you what i used back in 1973 that my sister in law advised and

though it sounds terrible it isn't. it is quite releaving and any time

i seem to have a slight recurrance which is very seldom.. only when i

have to lift or move something that is quite heavy like a piano or

water bed... .... anyway you won't believe it but i apply a bit of

vicks salve which is quite cooling and gives immediate relief. i

know...don't knock it til you use it.

i'll tell you something really funny about it though.. my father in

law was getting along in age and used ben guay a lot and when one of

his sons ask about help with hemorrhoids dad got mixed up and told him

ben guay instead of vicks... he tried it and about went through the

roof so i heard!!!!!!!! hehehehehe .. not funny...heheheh!!!
