I am sorry to say I dont know any remedies but like the suggestions I have been seeing on the list about the healthy fats and such. I had a question about cayenne though. I have read eating cayenne or other hot foods (including mustard) before meals causing you to metabolize it faster...also that is heats up the body to burn excess fat and speeds the metabolism in general...this is good for losing weight. I was wondering if someone should take cayenne if their goal is to gain? Or is the risk of this not really high from the cayenne? Just a thought thanks Erin
