I would give Doc a quick call.. or email him direct.. but the call is quicker... and would give you peace of mind... and then you can let us know what he says.... If I call him he'll say why doesn't Laura call me --- so... Suzilaura_e25 <laura_e23 wrote: i'm not sure if folks saw this so figured i would repost. i did see elizabeth's response to someone else's post suggestion avacoado and coconut...just wondering if there is anything else i can do...or if i should even be worried about this?? luv laurahi,a quick question...my husband has always been really skinny, small bone structure but also just really skinny...he is probably about 5'11" and weighs maybe 130...maybe less. since i've known him he has eaten pretty well...but over the course of the past year i feel like i've really influenced him to eat much better...the problem is the better he eats the more weight comes off...i think it's beginning to scare him...and me as well...he showed me his shorts the other day and w/o a belt his size 30 shorts would fall right off his body...we estimate that his waist is down to a 26. now this doesn't seem healthy...am i wrong? he eats lots of nuts and some avocados. regularly he eats lots of veggies some grains but not much...an occasional sweet made with cane syrup and organic, rice milk, fruit. supplements he takes are a daily food-based vitamin, vit. c, flax seed oil. now i know there is even more i can do to improve his diet overall...but i'm really mostly looking for things that will help to put some weight back on--i don't think he's going to be up for trying any other supplements etc. until we address the weight thing--or hear from someone that we should not be alarmed by this.sorry...not as short as i thought.luv laura Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
