Guest guest
I have a *huge* bottle of ech. tincture that I made myself with instructions from a naturopath I know. It was made with fresh, organic echinacea and some kind of high proof alcohol (everclear, maybe) about a year ago. The problem is that I never strained out the plant matter because I was told that I could strain if I wanted to but didn't *need* to. We just use a dropper to suck some of the tincture out of the bottle when we need it. So, now that I've read Doc's instructions on making tinctures I'm wondering, is it a loss since it was never strained? Should I strain it now and continue to use it? Thanks, Shayla Roberts
