Guest guest
All members of this list have recourse if they feel an injustice has occurred. 1. If a Moderator bans a member and the member feels this is injust, then themember should get in direct communication (off list) with that moderator to try and work out the differences. If the Moderator still feels the member should be banned and the member still feels this is injust, then the member may appeal this decision to a Senior Moderator. If the Senior Moderator upholds the decision of the first Moderator, and the member is still banned, then the Member has a final recourse by petitioning me as the list owner directly. My decision on the matter will be final. 2. No Member may be "Un-banned" by anyone without a note sent to me requestingthat the action be done. I must approve all "Un-bannings" before they are putinto effect. 3. Whenever a Moderator puts a Member on "Mail Override" so that their postsare moderated before going to the list, it should be that moderator that removes said "Override". If a Senior Moderator or myself decides to removethe override status, then we must inform the Moderator who assigned the condition of the action. 4. No one may change any of the above conditions on any of my actions in thisarea. I must be petitioned directly by the Member or Moderator affected. 5. All petitions for recourse, and all communications from member to moderatoror moderator to moderator, or to me directly having to do with these things, should be delivered "OFF LIST".
