Australian health food stores without a single solitary product assay to

CANADIAN Government which gazetted new regulations on June 18th to

" harmonize " Canada's dietary supplement regulations to AUSTRALIA'S, totally

AGAINST THE WILL of the Canadian people who voted with their FEET against

such mindlessness in '97, only to have the BEAST come back from its seeming

GRAVE to once again bust loose in their faces... or like the

 

LABOR PARTY of England STACKING THE VOTE in the Standing Committee on Health

by pulling 5 MPs at the LAST MINUTE and REPLACING THEM with Labor MPs who

would vote the party line (and harmonize ENGLAND to the MINDNESS EU FOOD

SUPPLEMENT DIRECTIVE, or like

 

SENATOR DURBIN, CONGRESSMAN SWEENEY,and CONGRESSMAN WAXMAN in the USA who

vow to REPEAL the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 by

shoving legislation down our throats,

 

OR like the WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION's DISPUTE SETTLEMENT BODY- the ultimate

Pharma TRUMPCARD- that MICKEY MOUSE COURT which does not follow our rules of

evidence whose EVERY DECISION has gone AGAINST the PUBLIC HEALTH, AGAINST

THE ENVIRONMENT, AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS, AGAINST LABOR RIGHTS, AGAINST EVERY

SINGLE INTANGIBLE THAT GOES INTO THE MAKING UP OF A NATION'S DEMOCRATICALLY

ENACTED LAWS!!

What is a vitamin consumer to DO in the face of such a

FURIOUS GLOBAL ATTACK? Where Should We FOCUS our ATTENTION?

 

T-Minus 38 Days and Counting...... As of today, in the past 2 weeks the

Alliance for Natural Health http://www.alliance-natural-health.org has

collected around $20,000. towards the lawsuit to overturn the EU Food

Supplement Directive. (They had previous donations not counted in that

$20,000. and they're feverishly communicating with some big guns- some huge

vitamin companies while one big gun has pledged a donation of $100,000. but

they need to FIRST see ANOTHER big gun come on Board and we're AFTER THAT

big gun NOW, but still have a SERIOUS need for small grass roots donations

of ANY amount!

 

The lawyers are IN MOTION preparing the case, but the money thats been

coming in is analogous to split oak chunks being heaved into a very hot

airtight wood stove that burns everything right down to the ash with NOTHING

WASTED!

 

This is NOT going to be an inexpensive legal case to overturn the EU Food

Supplement Directive, its going to cost upwards of $300,000. or even MORE,

but it will have been WORTH EVERY PENNY because you can't put a dollar value

on HUMAN LIFE, on OUR HEALTH!!!

 

I'd like to express my heartfelt most SINCERE thanks to anyone on the IAHF

list who has made contributions, and perhaps the way you can help the most

is by forwarding this message to 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 1000 or more

dietary supplement consuming FRIENDS anywhere in the world who'd like to

ASSIST in this global fight back!! HELP ME! I'm Just ONE GUY operating out

of a rented mobile home in the Blue Ridge Mountains, struggling to keep a

We're going to KILL the PHARMA CARTEL- the wounded grizzly in the corner-

They have us by the cahones folks and they know it. The guy who ANH has

retained is the best of the best of the best, and the best thing for all of

US is that the Nazi scoundrels who run the EU are SCARED of this guy because

he was the FIRST to EVER OVERTURN an EU DIRECTIVE, he pioneered the CASE

LAW, and he's made over 70 APPEARANCES before the European Court of Justice-

the EU equivalent to the US Supreme Court, so the guy is no slouch, he's no

lightweight, he's a European equivalent to an F.Lee Bailey, he's a MOHAMMED

ALI of the courtroom, a guy who is capable, on any given day of dazzling

brilliance that rivals the sun.

 

So, we are GONNA get some BANG for our BUCK, my friends, and I PREDICT that

ANH will CARRY THE DAY, but we're NOT out of the woods yet, not by a long

shot, and that ol' grizzly bear is tearing the cabin apart right now as the

mountain man struggles to reload, and to keep his wits about him as he

fights fatigue from the marathon battle that drags on for YEARS...... 1989

to be exact... thats when I started lobbying for health freedom...

 

Which brings me to turning back the clock to the year 1910- to revisit the

days when the Cartel was in SIMILAR " BUST LOOSE " MODE: when the populist

health movement of the 1880's, 90's and early days of the last century was

in its hayday- in full swing- as the American people and folks world wide

rebelled against the medical establishment of that era, visiting alternative

practitioners in RECORD NUMBERS, voting with their FEET against bloodletting

(leaches), the use of harsh purgatives like MERCURY and CALOMEL which were

dropping people like flies much like modern day " chemotherapy " and similar

outrages.

 

The brand new American Medical Association did not LIKE all those people

going to see homeopaths, naturopaths, herbalists, and they did not LIKE all

those pesky alternative medical schools- they were VERY bad for their

business with disease. They didn't like seeing blacks or women practicing

medicine either, and they vowed to bring the IRON BOOT of tyranny down to

rain on our PARADE.

 

And they DID, too, they brought the HAMMER down in the form of the FLEXNER

REPORT, a pack of LIES conjured up by the CARNEGIE banking family in cahoots

with the ROCKEFELLERS and the AMA. Don't know if you know this or not about

the ROCKEFELLERS but they got on a roll with a snake oil " medicine " called

" NUJOL " that was simply unrefined CRUDE OIL and they palmed the greasy stuff

off on us like a latter day Prozac, wanting us to drink it for " anything and

everything " and they branched out from there creating toxic drugs to " treat "

everything under the sun- and anything HEALTHY- they and the CARNEGIES and

AMA OPPOSED!!

 

Using the Flexner Report as a weapon, they shut down all the alternative

medical schools in 1910, and stepped on the burgeoning Populist Health

Movement like a 600 Pound Fat Man Steps on an Ant.

 

So NONE of us can take ANYTHING that is happening right now for GRANTED.

Make no mistake about it, the GRIZZLY IS WOUNDED, hes IN THE CORNER OF THE

CABIN, and he AINT DEAD YET!!!

IAHF RETURNING TO CANADA- THE WAR ON AMERICA's NORTHERN FLANK

 

On Tuesday, August 26th, I am returning to CANADA til September 11th to

defend America's NORTHERN FLANK where we're trying to get Bill C-420 through

the Canadian Parliament and also raise funds for legal challenges to

OVERTURN the new regulations that were WRONGLY shoved down the throats of

the Canadian people on June 18th when they were harmonized to AUSTRALIAN

LAW.

the aftermath of the ATTACK represented by the FLEXNER REPORT, it took us 76

years between the Flexner Report and the passage of the Proxmire Vitamin Act

in 1976, the first of the modern day skirmishes against the FDA to maintain

our access to vitamins here in Amerika.

 

Then we had the bloody war over the NLEA the Nutrition Labeling and

Education Act, a TERRIBLE piece of legislation that came at us like a guided

missle and was fast tracked through the House so fast no one could even

BLINK before it was on its way to the SENATE like a GUILLOTINE coming after

our HEADS.

 

Although we did manage to curb some of its worst excesses, the FDA's Advance

Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the form of the DYKSTRA REPORT would have

sounded the DEATH NELL for the American dietary supplement industry, had my

stalwart fellow Americans not reembraced that FRONTIER SPIRIT by which the

west was won. We circled the wagon trains and sent out messengers and

scouts.

 

We went into WAR MODE against the Pharma Cartel, and we shook, rattled and

ROLLED in a raucous, boisterous, at times brilliant, at times not so

brilliant way, but we fought the good fight THE OLD FASHIONED WAY, (ANY WAY

WE COULD) and in the end, we came up with legislation,the Dietary Supplement

Health and Education Act of 1994 ( " DSHEA " ) that while not perfect, as served

well up til NOW, when Durbin, Sweeney, Waxman and company are rattling their

sabers,

 

while the Cartel SIMULTANEOUSLY sets us up to squash us like a bug via the

EU Food Supplement Directive, CODEX, and the WTO's Dispute Settlement Body,

that mickey mouse so called " COURT " by which the multinational corporations

are making end runs around any nations' laws that interfere with their

profits.

 

PHEW!! CAN WE WIN???

 

I get that question many times a day, a lot of people have been calling the

IAHF office from all over the world, sometimes at all hours of the day and

night, and sometimes I don't even answer because my vocal cords get tired of

saying the same thing over and over and over again. The answer is YES!!!!

YES WE CAN WIN!! ABSOLUTELY!!!

 

We've done it before and we'll do it AGAIN, as many times as we HAVE to,

because once one person has had a positive healing experience via the use of
