In case this hasn't been answered ACV means Apple Cider Vineager. I get raw, organic and infiltered at my local health food store. The only brand I know of is called Braggs.

That would definitely be the mother. Get your self some raw, unfiltered and unpasturized apple juice and put the mother in there and, if still viable, you will make your own apple cider vinegar.

Here is what my bottle of ACV says... RAW - Unfilterd, Organic Apple cider vinegar - With the mother.Maybe the round thing in the bottle is the Mother? It is round like an egg yoke. Should I not eat this?Leah

Thanks for the clarification on the cayenne peppers.

 

As for the vinegar issue - hubby is on the blood type diet, and that is a

food he must avoid.

 

We want to continue with the Total Tonic, and I guess I could make it with

alcohol, but was hoping to use something else.

 

As for the Body Balance, he may have to just give that up, as I can't think

of anything to sub for the acv.
