Guest guest
I'm usually a lurker here, but I feel I must say something about this. If this company is Young Living Oils, I would recommend to anyone to run as fast as possible in the other direction. Their claims are unfounded and often quite dangerous. There really is nothing that is considered " therapeutic grade " of essential oils. It's just a marketing ploy of Gary Young and his company. Oils are either pure distilled oils or they are synthetic. While he is good at pyramid marketing schemes, Young's knowledge of aromatherapy leaves much to be desired, in spite of the things he tells his " followers " . He doesn't have the medical degrees that he claims, nor any education in the aromatherapy. There is a group online that has some of the best minds in aromatherapy that can further answer your questions on this. You can e-mail me offline if you would like more information on how to reach them. There ARE many great and reputable merchants who sell wonderful essential oils, however, Young Living Oils is not one of them. cindi cntrydlb wrote: > Hello: > I have someone who has been using a certain company's (No names > mentioned, but their claim is 100% pure)therapeutic grade oils, and > has come to me to ask for the same. > > For our soapmaking, etc. we don't use Therapeutic grade oils, but I > would like to make sure that if I source them for her, I am getting > the best quality oils I can. > > Who do you all recommend either in Canada (where I am) or in the US > as having the best therapeutic grade EOs? > > Debbie
Guest guest
Doc, is it okay to post on the list about aromatherapy lists that I have found to be very helpful? You wouldn't believe some of the things I've learned about the shady dealings of Young Life Oils... well, maybe you would... Cindi "Dr. Ian Shillington" wrote: I'm down on all MLMs. All of 'em!!!
