Kids are fussy raw or not...they " need " very little. Use a good natural

multi vitamin too.

I would just keep offering a WIDE variety...don't worry if he does not

choose much. Also having the child *help* in any way in

preparation....calling broccoli " trees " and pretending to be

dinosaurs....rrroar...:-) Using a cookie cutter for the bread in cute

shapes....

I would offer many fruits and vegetables each day- eventually he will

eat! It's very normal for them to be fussy as they need to control

SOMETHING...don't put any pressure on but just make alot of stuff

available and don't buy anything you don't want to feed. I like to teach

THEM to trust themselves...to listen to their bodies...aand my job is to

provide good choices and let go.

Would he eat a banana smoothie made with fresh homemade almond milk?

I have so many ideas and recipes...I wish I could come visit...

Here's the best...have a child a LITTLE older who your child admires- a

cousin is ideal...have them (pay them lol!) eat all the healthy stuff at

the table....that often pushes them over the edge....it can backfire

too....an older cousin who poo poos a good choice in front of your child

can foil your plan!

Another idea: But a toy kitchen set w/ fruit and vegetables and play

house feeding the toy babies/animals real healthy foods...your child

will have fun modeling this and it may rub off on them...

Also, YOU will need to eat well...and model/reinforce what is a healthy

meal.

I don't require my son to sit and agonize through a long meal....he can

always sit a child size table or the big one....and eat many small

" meals " rather than the typical " balanced " 3.

Sears suggests filling a muffin try w/ easy to grab snacks- carrot

sticks, celery, soaked almonds, dates, etc...and maybe a little dressing

to dunk in - make a yogurt based " ranch " .

Some kids love to dunk!

Forget what breakfast lunch and dinner foods " should " look like...offer

a favorite breakfast food for dinner....etc...

Also, make sure he get's lots of activity- exercise and works up and

appitite.

Still check out the connection with the sinuses...this could be the

problem.

Ear candling is a good way to " get in there " gently.

Also you may want to get a chiro or cranial sacral adjustment/session

for him.

This too shall pass...use a good vitamin and NO junk foods....and your

child will do quite nicely.

Love,

Elizabeth
