Guest guest
Dear Linda, OK, remember we're not talking rocket science here. Let me make just a few minor changes here just to keep it simple as I don't want you to hold off making it any longer. 1 cup of ACV - 5 to 7% acidity. 1 cup of 80 to 100 proof Vodka. 1 cup of dried cut and sifted Lobelia. 1 cup of dried cut and sifted Mullein. Throw all in a blender and puree the dickens out of it. Store in a glass jar for two weeks while giving it a shake once or twice a day. If you're a little short on one ingredient, don't worry about it. Make it anyway ;o) If your herbs are fresh, use a bit more of 'em such as a cup and a half, or two cups of each. It is awful hard to screw up a formula like this even if you're a little short or a little long on one ingredient. And in the end, you'll have a formula that will work wonders. Is it equal parts of ACV and "distilled water & vodka", or equal parts of all three? And then I whir it in the blender? I want to do this right! (Oh, and is it okay to use dried herbs? I have both.....)Linda in OH
