Guest guest
If you want another good book that will make you think twice (three or four times) about much of what we commonly eat in this country, try " The Crazy Makers " - it's a real eye-opener too. Sorry I can't remember the author, but I found it in my local (small) library so it should be fairly easy to find. Reading this book convinced me to a) not be lazy about reading labels, b) stop going to almost any restaurant, c) try to eat as much locally-grown fruits and veggies and d) quit eating meat. Oh, and I'm very suspicious now about using soy products, that have been touted for years as the saviour of our health. herbal remedies , " laura_e25 " <laura_e23@h...> wrote: > just an fyi that the book is called fast food nation
