Guest guest
This brings up an interesting thought DOC>>>> I have a bit of a "gag reflex" How do you keep the oil/jice/garlic/ginger... drink down??? JUST ANTICIPATING..... SuziSheila Burson <sburson wrote: That said, onto these last two days of Week 3 - days 5 and 6. How nieve I was to think that Epsom salts would actually taste salty! And I've become inordinately interested in the toilet - it seems like I'm 4 again. Took me awhile to realize I'll never see parasites - I forgot my high school science lessons! I know Doc talks on the tape about how good TN is, but I hated it at first. Now that I've done the oil/juice/garlic/ginger drink, I actually look forward to the TN just to get the taste of the flush out of my mouth. PP I can handle - that doesn't bother me. But I really don't like the Potassium stuff - I've never liked beets. and I am still struggling with cayenne, never mind habeneros! Still, for my first cleanse, I've managed to stay on it pretty good. .

Guest guest
Dear John, Ginger is still your answer here. You can take a thumb size piece of ginger with you just about anywhere, and pull it out and suck on it anytime the retch reflex hits. I've heard of people using this for car sickness, sea sickness, airplane . . . etc. etc. Try it. Guest guest
When I flu to Europe I put a few drops of ginger essential oil on a small patch behind my ears. It worked great. Jasmina

DOC can probably give you more information as to what value they are. I just know they are good for one as that's what my grandmother and mother passed on to me. love.. granny lee.
