This is a sensative post, I'm a bit shy about this, but I'd rather

ask here than consulting my doctor, who's a conventional MD.

 

I thought it may've started as a heat rash, but I'm not sure.

it's a bump, external area, itchy and inflamed, am trying to keep it

clean and aired out which helps a little. What remedy can I use?
