The thought of already peeledgarlic seemed wonderful. I have arthritis and havetrouble with my hands. We (my DH and I) take thegarlic for our hearts, blood pressure, and generalwellness, so we use a lot. I guess we'll just use theSam's club garlic for soup and spaghetti sauce.
