I live on salad...and fruit...

Here is one of my favorite raw foodist ways to eat salad- been making it

for 4 years. I'll send another dressing recipe later that is INCREDIBLY

good...

Make some raw vegan pesto w/ basil OR cilantro ( great for chelation)

plus a little parsley, raw pine nuts or soaked almonds or walnuts- raw

only, a tiny bit of high quality sea salt or nama shoyu (a raw soy-

better quality than Braggs) and olive, a little fresh lemon

juice...blend into a pesto.

Keeps in fridge about a week so make a lot.

Make a salad of fresh organic greens and herbs

take a raw con on the cob ORGANIC is a must and cut off the kernals- add

to salad

add a few kalamata olives or sundried tomatoes (soaked in olive oil-

soft)

a few slices of avaocado is nice too.

Mix some of the pesto w/ fresh lemon juice till dressing consistency and

toss the salad just before eating.

For bottled dressing try Annie's Organic Green Garlic Goddess- I don't

normally use canola (ugh)but this dressing has other REDEEMING

qualities! Try making your own w/ olive oil!

It contains: Water, expeller pressed organic canola oil, organic garlic,

organic lemon juice, sea salt, organic nettle leaf, organic dandelion

leaf, spirulina, xanthan gum.

YUM!!!

Love,

Elizabeth
