I'd start taking it now! I would not worry about the horseradish this

time and I'd be happy to send you some for future batches- as are others

here. It's nice to dunk a little bread in, or a spoon full (TT mush) in

a tall glass of water...etc....I made some the other day and have been

drinking it up since- probably too much because when I sweat it burns!

But I am used to tons of raw garlic and ginger. I've even added it to a

glass filled w/ water, a little lemon and a touch of stevia.

I will need to make a much bigger batch to hold onto for long enough to

tincture because I am going through about 1/4-1/2 cup a day right now!

Good stuff! I am new here and have to say this formula has made me

REALLY happy!!

Thanks Doc! This stuff rules.

Love,

Elizabeth

You're most welcome hon. ;o)

If you'd like to really spice up the TT, add some Black Walnut Hull Powder into the formula. This adds Iodine to the mixture. This will help to beef up a metabolism by firing up the Thyroid, and will contribute to the overall efficacy of the formula in several other ways as well.

If you haven't pressed it yet, you could add the BWHulls to your existing tincture.

You won't notice the taste of them that much as the rest of the ingredients will over power the bitterness.

Wow, wish I'd known this. I have a bag of black walnut hull powder in the cupboard. I will have to add it to the next batch. Only problem is, the taste is very bitter. Does it change the taste very much?

Blessed Be!
