Chris, first it sounds like a nerve pressing or pinching.. have you seen a good chiropractor?

Second, do you eat much in oils? olive, udo, omega.. etc.. and what sort of shampoos are you using? commercial, organic, etc.

Hi,I would appreciate advice as to what remedies would help for the following. Basic info: male, 48yrs old, 5'11" 150 lbs and live in So.Florida.Cold feet: I find that my feet/ankles feel cold/numb in the morning and late afternoon. I have been taking extra cayanne pepper with my morning protein drink and trying different combinations of socks to help keep my feet dry as they also sweat alot.I have noticed that it occurs during the week, when I drive 1 hr to work in the a.m. and then drive home 1 hr. I have gotten some relief during the a.m. drive by not wearing shoes/socks and doing some basic exercises ( flexing calf muscles). I work with computers/ programming during the day, so I sit down alot. I try to take breaks and run up/down a set of stairs to keep circulation going. I have found that leaving my shoes off

does help, but if I don't pay attention to keeping circulation going, my feet will go cold / numb.I have noticed that on the weekend when I don't wear shoes/socks alot, the symptoms are not as severe; however if I spend time on my computer the symptoms will appear.I try to alternate exercises 1 day strenth / 1 day cardio to keep my circulation up. I don't smoke, don't eat meat, but rather eat a lot of vegetables with some fish or chicken.Flaky scalp: I have a very flaky scalp, no matter how mild a soap I use,I can cause a small snowstorm of flakes by scratching my scalp.I wear my hair short 1" or less all over and have tried olive oil treatments, but that has not proven successful, tho I have not done the treatments over an extended period of time. Thanks in advance for any help you might offer,Chris J.
