Guest guest
Don't know about rosemary but, soak the area in organic apple cider vinegar at least 20 minutes a day.... take panther piss daily, and MSM is also good. Another thing you can take (if you don't want to do the panther piss) is apple cider vinegar and honey - mix equal parts - add some warm water and mix... add ice (it's better cold) and drink daily. I do still take prednasone 5mg daily but will wean off of that if msm kicks in good. several of my friends swear by it, as does my brother. i also use hot showers and hot paraphene wax during bad flar-ups. also use ticture of ginger on hands and knees and feet to alleviate the soreness of the flesh. what works for me may not work for another, but then again it might. others will probably have other suggestions for . love...granny lee.
