Doesn't make sense to me; i grind my teeth in my sleep, theyhurt most when i wake up (hers doesn't hurt when she wakes up; rather, they start an hour or so later, after she's eaten). If it was thebraces-crowded teeth factor, i think more than one would be hurting, andnot sporadically. I'm giving her tylenol/advil; doesn't touch theache. I'm thinking it might be sinuses, since, when mine hurt when theweather is funky; however, my TOP teeth hurt, not the bottom, although ido have periodic random aches here and there seemingly unrelated toanything. Whew...all that said, does ANYone have any opinions, feedback, advice? btw, she is 15, almost 16, if thatmatters....thanks....c
Guest guest
Does she have her 12yr molars yet? I didn't get mine till her age. Pain can be "referred" to another place in the body sometimes. And yes, those molars can crowd the teeth, but they will move and work it out. That is why braces hurt so badly, they rock the teeth back and forth and force them to move too fast. It also could be her wisdom teeth.
