Okay, I'm tired tonight, so this will be short.

Some things I've noticed/started doing:

I got up out of bed twice last night to brush my teeth, the oder and taste in my mouth was so bad it woke me up. The second time I even scraped my tongue to get the white coating off. My, my, can these be some of the toxins I'm trying to get rid of?

The second item I noticed is that my body feels warmer, especially since I've added the cayenne. It's not like I'm sweating, and it's not like a hot flash, just kind of like I realized my body/metabolism is higher. My feet aren't cold anymore; it's as if I've started to have better circulation. I suppose this is normal - if anyone else hasn't noticed this on this cleanse, let me know.

Also, tonight when I went to work out, I noticed that my middle/around-the-waist fat is no longer a hard rubber tire. In fact, it's become kind of jiggly. Could it be breaking down and getting ready to flush out? When I started to put on my work out shorts, (and I don't go for the fancy ones, I just use a pair of shorts my friend talked me into buying at WalMart), if it hadn't been that they have an elastic waistband, they might have fallen off. This was a thrill for me. This is the first pair of shorts I've ever worn in my life (I was raised in the era when girls didn't wear pants, let alone shorts) and now they are beginning to look too big. Can this cleanse be the answer? I wonder.
