I NEED HELP WITH MY HAIR GROWWING BACK

there is a "condition" like this... my neighbor has it... where hair doesn't grow in some places... he says that it will eventually grow back but when it does it will be white. I can't remember the name of it though... I'll do some research on it.. meanwhile.. have you noticed any other changes or loss of hair growth.

Forgot, Vitamin B12 is good for hair growth.
