Guest guest
Hi Mic, Well, I buy a powder which is dissolved in boiling water, but it's made in the UK so not sure if/where it would be available where you live. The powder is called CalM (short for CalciumMagnesium), which is in a base of ACV. I know Doc's Lemon Egg is a tremendous source of calcium, but not sure of the Magnesium content? Doc... can you comment? love, Lisa - pianomic herbal remedies Monday, August 04, 2003 7:32 PM [herbal remedies] Re: Herbal remedies for cramps/cacium-magnesium Do these come in a separate supplements or are they joined together in one? The multi that I've been taking has some, but maybe not to the mg that would be helpful enough...
Guest guest
Lemon Egg is mostly a Calcium source but it does have some Magnesium and some Silicon in it as well. The nice thing about it is that these are an ALL "ORGANIC" source of these minerals and are therefore 100% assimilable.
