Erica Crampbark, hot compresses, and you could try either peppermint or ginger root if it's gas and bloating causing the cramping during the cycle Erin
Guest guest
I stumbled on this while trying to lose weight. My mother heard about it from someone at work years ago. She said to take acv and honey. Our recipe was one half cup of RO hot water, half cup of acv and two tablespoons of honey (sometimes three). We took this before every meal, even snacks. Yes, the whole cup. We were told it would cut the fat, carbs, calories in food...which I don't believe, but anyway... I did this for about two months before it started to burn my stomach when ever I took it, so I stopped, but I also noticed that I didn't have any menstrual cramps for those two months, in fact, it snuck up on me both times. I quit taking this, and they came right back... I don't know if you could take it just while cramping or if you'd need to take it every day...I didn't try it to see after it started burning my stomach... Something you might want to try... Guest guest
Red raspberry leaf tea. 1 cup 3 to 4 times a day. Or more if it's really bad. This is also used for women in and after labor and during pregnancy, with great relief, I'm told. good luck. Guest guest
About the red raspberry leaf tea... I drank a cup a day when I first learned I was pregnant and as soon as I knew I was in labor I drank as much as I could before leaving for the hospital. (Remember, I was the one a few days ago who revealed I have seven kids!) All of my labors were natural, with not episotomy needed, and lasted from half an hour to forty-five minutes. Only one time did the medico make it in time, usually my husband ended up catching the baby while the nurse was still running down the hall trying to find the medico. The last one actually had a medico deliver him, but only because I warned her that it would happen like that. Sheilapearlmoon wrote: Red raspberry leaf tea. 1 cup 3 to 4 times a day.
