Erika,

Try CoEnzyme Q10 in a 50mg dose 1 each morning. It oxygenates the tissues

and as an ajunct to any cholesterol therapy (even though you are on

medication it is useful to still take). Hawthorn Berries are also excellent

for high blood pressure and can be taken in tea form as a therapeutic dose.

hello! i was wondering what herbs are best (and easiest to find-otc

or in vitamin-type form) that help in lowering cholesterol and high

blood pressure. my husband and i have recently (and dramatically)

changed our diets to more veggies, and absolutely no eating out. i

use no salt and very little oil or butter when cooking. this change

was brought on by a concern over our both having high blood pressure-

and the scary thing is we are both young- i'm 31 & he's 28! we want

to nip it in the bud before it's too late. high bp and diabetes run

in both our families, so we are frightened. we want to add a

supplementary routine to our new diet regimine. so far we are taking

garlic and fish oil- is there anything else that will help?

anything will be appreciated!!!!! erika
