Many years ago... (way back when, lol)... I went to a PMS clinic... they told me I needed to get off the caffeine...and sugar.and salt.. add magnesium and something else..can't remember the other mineral...to my diet, and exercise. I only remember that key was the magnesium and exercise - they were important... been too many years ago... but no drugs..

In our house the answer to that question is: ONE DAMNIT!!!! (usually hit the table hard when saying that. LOL)

 

Speaking of PMS, last year I went to the doctor about mine because it is SOOOOO bad. Do you know what she prescribed for me??? Serafem. Do you know what Serafem is? It's Prozac!!!! It just goes to show how ignorant the medical community is about womens health issues. Sheesh!
