Guest guest
Hi Fahad, Cod Liver Oil is rich in Vitamin A which is especially good for the skin and mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. But the downside is that too much cod liver oil can store in the liver as Vitamin A is fat soluble. I would suggest Salmon or Tuna Oil as these are I find more beneficial and does the same job. These oils are rich in EPA/DHA and helps with the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, alimentary system, improve brain function and is quite essential for use in everybody's diet.
