Guest guest
I was reading a book recently and one of the things she suggested taking was dolomite supplements before bed as they help in making one drowsy so as to get a good nights sleep. I have tried them and they work for me. Yet others say they are not safe to take as they may have heavy metals in this supplement. If you go through a reputable company do you need to worry about it? Let me know what you think? Thank you? Yours Truly, Glenda
Guest guest
Glenda, If you want dolomite,,,, why not take lemon egg...best source of calcium... If you are wanting to relax to sleep... try camomile tea or valerian...or hops teas.. Avoid supplements that have bone meal or dolomite. They may contain toxic substances such as lead, mercury and arsenic. This is my 2 cents..
