Guest guest
Hey group: I received an email from a friend saying that they would like information on two weight loss herbs (as if I wouldn't like to lose a few tons myself!). She read that there are two herbs the Russians have used for years to lose weight - Rhodiola rosea (snow rose) and Rhododendron caucasicum (white rhododendron). Does anyone have any information on this? Sheilapianomic <bejazzled wrote: Anna hon...I don't have too much to add to this, but I will share one thing. I used to be a lightweight bodybuilder (I'm talking over 10 years ago) and one thing that we all knew that was a surefire truth...do your aerobic activity (we did powerwalking on the beach) first thing in the morning before you eat anything. You burn fat twice as fast. When we were trying to get more cut and skim down the fat, it was the only way to do it naturally. Then, if you have carbs in your diet, eat them earlier in the day. We did oatmeal (real, rolled oats) for breakfast.
