Dear Skippy,

You take the baloons off when they deflate on their own. I've made a few gallons of this stuff and it is awesome. LOL Don't worry about the head as it will disappear over time as it is perking. Watch it though, this stuff is addicting ;o)

Love,

[herbal remedies] MEAD Recipe Question

Hi There I am wondering if the person who uploaded the mead recipe, oranyone else who has made it, could tell me how long you keep theballoons on the jar?? The mixture tastes delicious!!! Have any of youtried it? Also, what will happen if you don't take the head off of theyeast mixture before you add it to the batch? I have two batches madeon two different days, and they are each made with different herbs. Thanks for any comments,Skippy

Welllllllllllllllllllllllllll, I didn't say it was "good for you" ROTFL

I just said it was awful good, as in "great tasting" ;o)

Alcohol in any larger quantity is destructive of the Liver.

Homemade Mead if made correctly can have an alcohol content of upwards of 18% or 36 Proof. This would be the same as Sherry.

A little would go along ways.

Love,

Thanks Doc! I am glad that a couple of you have tried it and know how great it tastes. It's great to have something that's good for you and that tastes good, too!SkippyDr. Ian Shillington wrote: Dear Skippy,
