I'm loathe to take a multi-vitamin because I know I get more than enough of some things contained therein, but am pretty sure I'm lacking in other things. The other issue is that since every body is different and utilizes nutrients in a different way, what a person has excess/defiencies in is going to be very personal and probably not well addressed by a multi-vitamin. So I guess my goal is to find out what I am personally deficient in, and then look to dietary changes to fix it, and if need be, specific supplements if I can't do it through food. I don't want to just douse myself with a multi-vitamin that is giving me too much of some stuff and not enough of other stuff. Thanks www.pathmed.com (eric Braverman, MD) and hri-research.com (Wm.
