Guest guest
Also I thought I'd add a very necessary ingredient that is often missed. Exercise daily to get your circulation and body awake. Just taking the herbs and using natural remedies without doing something for your cardio vascular will heat you of the best results. Get your system going (usually a light sweat at the least) and then apply the remedies. This way the remedies are carried to the entire body. Bodies also need to get rid of toxins in the same manner. Exercise your body and the remedies will work more for you. Last but not least I have experienced that fragrances, cologne and perfumes (man made) harm the olfactory glands and can cause allergies or irritate them further. A natural fragrance, such as a flower or fruit, will dissipate over time whereas a man made one will clog your glands, increase the amount of toxins in your body and overload the part of the body that handle toxins. I hope this helps.
