Guest guest
Dear Doodle, Kids should be active throughout the day. If the chance is only in the morning the bet way to keep a kid exercising is to find out something he likes to do or give him enough information about it to get him interested (movie chariots of fire is good to watch for convincing kids to run). Running should never be hard core (6 plus miles) or prolonged until after 15-16 years of age. At least that's what I read in "Marathoning". Climbing hills, trees and other things legal are definitely in and going to beaches and swimming are great too. But just so long as no confining to one thing unless he himself/she wants it that way. I probably over answered this question, but there you go. Hope it helps. Right now he does a few laps around the backyard a 3-4 times a week. He also rebounds 2-3 times a week. Thanks Becky Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
