Guest guest
I am moving into week three of the cleanse. and I just wanted to come out of lurkdom and testify! I'm feeling great! I have been a complete mess for about the last 2.5 years. I've been battling with a underactive thyroid. Not buying the B.S. that there is nothing I can do naturally thru diet and exercise. but also not making much progress trying it all by myself. So I'd been functioning at 25% of my normal productive rate/energy, dealing with symptoms of major depression and out-n-out rage and emotional uphevel. I've been reading here everday for 6 months or more and just felt it neccessary to share with you about my progress. I began feeling better within two days. really better. not like I was dragging myself out of a hole but like I was strapped to the front of a training propelling me upwards full steam ahead. My hats off to Doc! What a wonderful program. I know I still have major work to do in the next two weeks but it is no longer a daunting task. I am responsible. I can do this! I appreciate so much coming here everyday and reaping the benefits of the knowledge and the humor and the compassion of all of you. thank you all so much! -mercy

He requires that you hear it before starting. and then call him for your free consult. I wasn't in a space emotionally/physically where I could conceive of making everything so I purchased the program from him/Organic Solutions several posts have recommended www.herbalcom.com for getting all the ingrediants. maybe by the time I do it again I'll be ready. It really has made a tremendous difference in my life. I'll keep you in my thoughts -mercy
Guest guest
Jamie, You have to have tough love with her and tell her to get over it! If she really wants to benefit from the cleanse, she should stick to the guildlines. Why tamper with success? If she starts making exceptions from the start, it will be easier for her to justify cheating later on as well. HUbby and i are both hard core foodies and love to cook and eat. Trust me, it was no easy task to eat vegan for 24 days of the cleanse, but we did it. And hubby didnt really even need to do it! He did it to support me in my efforts (and of course reaped the benefits). He is a died in the wool CARNIVORE and for him to go so long without meat or cheese was so dificult you cannot even imagine. So get tough with her and tell her to stick to the letter of the law and make the best of it. If she likes to cook, hook her up with some recipes and show her that eating well doesnt not mean eating Borning or yucky!
