Terrie.... I use Colloidal silver water to rinse my mouth before bedtime.... helps with keeping the bacteria out.

If I have a sore mouth/gums I will put a small amount in my mouth and hold it for maybe the count of 25 and then swallow. I use it for sore throats also... same way.

 

Then while I have pain in my mouth I take 4 drops of a flower essence called Arnica. Bach's Flower Remedies.

I take 4 drops b4 going to the dentist and 4 more upon leaving! helps any pain and to calm me.

get some vitamin C crystals, it's a pain releiver if taken in larger doses

but it will help speed the healing take at least 2tsp 2times day if your

bowels will tolerate..

Start with one tstp and work up, it will really help in both areas.
