Guest guest
I did some poking around and B-12 deficiency seems to be an important part of the puzzle. Also not enough good fat can be a contributor as well, adding a good omega/fish oil is something nobody can go without, particularly pregnant or nursing moms. Our society have become so scared of consuming fat. Fat isn't what makes you fat, it's the lack of.... (good fat that is). If you are feeling tired, wore down I would delete the carbs you are consuming: waffles, white breads, potatoes, pastas, pops/sugar drinks, they have a huge part in weight/health issue as well. I've lost 40 pounds slowly over almost a year now by eliminating the carbs and juicing vegis. Docs remedies that have been recommended would be a great source of the stuff you need right now. It all is a slow learning process to get balanced, it's taken me along time of reading, trial and error, elimination to get where I am now. Here is a search page with lots of good information for you to read. http://www.google.com/custom?cof=AH%3Acenter%3BAWFID% 3A5cdb2968a482194d% 3B & domains=www.mercola.com & sitesearch=www.mercola.com & q=failure+to+th rive Pam

Guest guest
I have a really good midwife that I am going to see today. I just don't want to get my hopes up, thinking someone can help me and them just telling me to do something that I can't. With my 1st the only time he ever got "full" was when I crammed so many meds down him (5 or so:gripe water, pain killers, tummy glycerite, fennel tea, colic tablets, and this other colic water), that was his "meal". Now that kid can't poo on his own (again, he just relapsed), he cries in the middle of the night and he can only eat really slow. You can lead a baby to the Ninny but you can't make them stay on. My thoughts are with you. Suzi Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3. The Constitution guarantees you the right to be your own physician and toprescribe for your own health.
