Hi,

I'm making total tonic for the first time. I understand I can

either press it, or use it as-is (applesauce consistency); what

are the advantages to each (pressed out vs. with-solids)?

I am also wondering what a typical amount to take is -- are

there any guidelines on how much to take, and how often? I'm

thinking there will be different ones for different situations,

such as: building immune system, mildly under the weather,

definitely sick.

I appreciate any help with these questions :) I enjoy reading

the posts; everyone seems so friendly and open.

I prefer the pressed or strained (use the mash in stews, on beef, in soups, etc.)

You can take it daily (i take a few dropperfuls)... if sick, take it every several hours...
