I was wondering when to be concerned about bowel disorders. My bowels

dont move as they should. Maybe once every four or five days.I have

penty of fresh fruits and green veggies in my diet. even laxatives

dont do the job.TIA

They should definitely move after every meal (Ideally)...assuming you

get enough whole grains, fiber, ?? AND assuming you get enough bulk (as

in quanity of foods eaten) to prompt them to move ?? Gaye

You may want to go a step further and try juicing the vegis.

You definately need to do a bowel cleanse which will definately give you a

head start.

I'm recalling my research on Magnesium Oxide, your symptoms (if I recall)

indicate your lacking it. Do some research on it and consider supplementing

with it, be careful not to overdo it though or you will be on the toilet a

l l d a y....

Most DEFINATELY do a bowel cleanse on a regular basis.
